Download NowNEW DELHI: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) Class 10 results will be declared tomorrow on July 20. The result link for WB Class 10 result 2021 will be available at 10 am. The West Bengal board will publish WBBSE Madhyamik result 2021 online on the official website, wbresults.nic.in.
Students who have registered for Class 10 examinations will be able to access the results by entering their roll number and date of birth. The board will announce the Madhyamik result for both regular and external on July 20, 2021, at 9 am in a press conference. The online result link will be available for students at 10 am, reads the statement issued by the West Bengal Board.
The online Madhyamik result 2021, which will be released at wbresults.nic.in, will carry the marks and grades obtained by students.
This year, West Bengal Board had cancelled the exams for both Class 10 and 12 due to the rising COVID-19 cases in the state. While announcing the cancellation of exams, the board decided to follow the alternative evaluation method for preparing the Class 10 results. As per the evaluation criteria , The Class 10th results will be based on 50:50 formula. 50% weightage will be given to Class 9th and 50% to be given Class 10 internal assessment.
Last year, more than 10 lakh students had appeared for the exam, out of which 8,43,305 qualified the exam. The pass percentage was 86.34%.
