The Chintan Shivir (brainstorming session) is also aimed to strengthen the country's bid to host the 2036 Summer Olympics.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the collaboration will pave the way for India’s “largest hospitality skilling centre aimed at creating enhanced employment opportunities for the state’s youth”.
The state has 1,700 ITIs and Training Institutes, equipped to train 2,20,000 youth annually, fostering technical and vocational expertise.
More than 55 companies participated in the job fair, offering over 1,500 jobs and 250 entrepreneurship opportunities.
