XAT 2027 registration begins today; MBA, PGDM entrance exam on January 3

Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI), will open registration for Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2027) today, July 15. Candidates can apply for XAT 2027 registration on the official website, xatonline.in. The last date for XAT 2027 registration is December 6.

As per the XAT 2027 schedule, candidates will have access to XAT admit card 2026 on December 20. The MBA and PGDM entrance exam will be held on January 3 from 2 pm 5 pm across more than 100 cities in the country.

Notably, students who submit their XAT 2027 applications on Day 1 will get their first city preference for the exam.

XLRI conducts the XAT entrance exam for admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) courses offered by more than 250 participating B-schools across India.

XAT 2027 Application Process, Fees, Documents

The XAT 2027 registration process includes the following steps given below.

• Registration on official website
• Verify email ID
• Fill XAT online application form
• Upload required documents
• Pay application fee
• Submit the application form before deadline

The XAT 2026 application fee is Rs 2,300, and an additional fee for XLRI programmes is Rs 200 for each course.

XAT Exam Pattern 2027

The XAT marking scheme is as follows:

• +1 mark for every correct answer
• -0.25 marks for an incorrect answer
• -0.10 marks for over 8 unattempted consecutive questions
• No negative marking scheme in GK section

To apply for XAT 2027, candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree of at least three years' duration in any discipline. Students currently in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply for XAT 2027. There is no age limit for appearing in XAT 2027 exam.
