AAI Recruitment 2026: Candidates will be selected through a computer-based test, interview and other tests depending on the post. The online registration last date is September 7.

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has published a recruitment notification for 389 manager and junior executive posts in various disciplines. The AAI application process will commence on August 8. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can access the AAI apply link till September 7, 2026, through the AAI website at aai.aero.
According to the advertisement, the AAI recruitment 2026 drive includes vacancies for managers in civil engineering, electrical engineering, finance, information technology, architecture, law, fire services, operations, commercial, corporate planning and management services, and corporate communications. Junior executive vacancies are available in finance, law, operations, and survey and cartography.
Out of the total AAI vacancies 2026, 260 are for manager posts and 129 are for junior executive posts. The highest number of vacancies has been announced for Manager (Engineering-Civil) with 145 posts, followed by Junior Executive (Operations) with 79 vacancies.

The AAI exam 2026 for these posts will be held in computer-based test (CBT) mode. The AAI exam date 2026 will be announced later on the official website. AS per the exam pattern, there will be no negative marking in the objective-type examination.
For AAI manager recruitment 2026 posts, shortlisted candidates will also have to appear for an interview after document verification. Candidates applying for Manager (Fire Services) will additionally undergo physical measurements, driving and physical endurance tests.
The maximum age limit is 32 years for manager posts and 27 years for junior executive posts as on September 7, 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per rules.
For manager posts, candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification along with three years of relevant post-qualification work experience. While no prior work experience is required for AAI junior executive recruitment posts. The educational qualifications vary depending on the discipline.
According to the AAI salary 2026, selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 60,000-1,80,000 for managers and Rs 40,000-1,40,000 for junior executives. The approximate annual cost to company (CTC) is Rs 21 lakh for managers and Rs 14 lakh for junior executives, apart from allowances and other benefits admissible under AAI rules.

AAI has advised candidates to submit applications only through the online mode available on its official website. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted. Eligible candidates can apply for multiple posts by completing separate registrations and paying the application fee separately for each post.
