NEW DELHI: The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has issued a set of instructions for the candidates, who will appear for the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE 2025) phase 1. The registrations for the exam will be closed today and eligible candidates can apply for the exam through the official portal, aeee.amrita.edu.

The Amrita University will be conducting the AEEE 2025 on February 1, 2, and 3. The admit card will be issued on January 27, 2025 and it can be downloaded from the official website by entering registration number and date of birth once released.

As per the released instructions to appear for the AEEE 2025, Candidates should ensure that all the details on the AEEE 2025 Phase 1 admit card are correct. Details including name of the examination centre, address, date, and time should be printed on the admit card, it added.

The engineering entrance examination 2025 will be conducted in three shifts. Morning shift will commence from 8:30 am and will end at 11 am. The second shift will be conducted from 12 noon to 2:30 pm. While the third shift will take place from 3:30 to 6 pm.

AEEE 2025: Guidelines for registered candidates

The exam conducting authority has notified certain instructions for the candidates, who will appear for the AEEE 2025.

  • Date, time or venue cannot and will not be changed for any reason whatsoever.
  • Requests for change through e-mail, phone or any personal communication will not be entertained in any case.
  • While reporting at the examination centre, candidates should carry a printed copy of the AEEE 2025 admit card, along with a valid photo identity card such as Aadhar Card, Pan card, driving license, passports, and other government approved cards.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre and attend the examination without presenting the admit card.
  • Electronic admit cards will not be accepted.
  • AEEE 2025 admit card must be produced on demand at the entrance and to the invigilator.
  • Candidates should keep the admit card properly till the end of the centralized seat allotment process and must be submitted in original form along with the other documents, certificates to complete the admission formalities.
  • “Slot booking is deemed equivalent to attending the Phase 1 of AEEE 2025 as the university will reserve the seat for the candidates who booked the slot,” notification read.
  • In case of absence in the Phase 1 of AEEE 2025 after downloading the admit card or if the candidate is not downloading the Admit Card after booking the slot, Rs 600 will be charged to attend Phase 2 of AEEE 2025.
  • If there is any discrepancy, candidates can write to aeee@amrita.edu immediately with proof for necessary rectification.
