AEEE 2025 registration begins for BTech admission; Amrita university to hold exams in 2 phases

Download NowNEW DELHI: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has started the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE 2025) registration process for admission to BTech programmes offered across its various campuses. The AEEE phase 1 exam 2025 is scheduled to be held in the third week of January.
The Amrita university will be conducting the AEEE engineering entrance exam in two phases - January and April. As per the schedule announced, the AEEE phase 1 registration last date is January 7. The university offers admission to BTech programmes based on the marks obtained in Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main) or AEEE 2025.
The AEEE application form 2025 has been hosted on the official website, aeee.amrita.edu/. Through a Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP), seats in Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravati, Mysuru, Nagercoil campuses will be filled.
“Candidates desirous of attending Phase 1 shall register by paying the application fees on or before Jan 7. It is mandatory to book the slot on or before the stipulated date and download the admit card. Admit card is mandatory to attend AEEE,” it said.

AEEE 2025 eligibility criteria
Students who fulfill the following eligibility criteria will be permitted to appear in the entrance exam.
AEEE age limit - Candidates, whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2004, up to June 30, 2009, will be eligible for BTech admission at Amrita university.
Educational qualification - Should have passed Class 10, 12 or its equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in mathematics, physics, and chemistry and with not less than 55% in each of these three subjects, physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Those appearing in the upcoming board exams 2025 will also be eligible.
JEE Main 2025 - Candidates should either qualify JEE Main 2025 or the AEEE 2025 to be considered for admission.
“70% of the seats in each branch are open to applicants with the AEEE 2025. Rest of the 30% seats are reserved for those who received good percentile scores in one of the sessions of JEE Mains 2025,” the university said.
