Free DownloadNEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will start the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 1 2022) exam from tomorrow onwards. The IAF AFCAT 1 2022 exam will be conducted on February 12, 13 & 14, 2022.. Before appearing in the AFCAT 1 exam 2022, Candidates can go through the exam day instruction to avoid any mistakes in the exam centre.

Candidates should carry the hard copy of the valid AFCAT admit card 2022 to the exam centre for verification purposes. The AFCAT 1 2022 exam for the written stage will be held in an online computer-based mode.

AFCAT 1 2022 exam day guidelines:

Candidates should bring their AFCAT 1 admit card 2022 along with any one of the valid photo identity proofs - Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card, PAN, Driving license, etc.

They should also carry a hand sanitiser in a transparent bottle, double mask and must maintain social distance inside the exam centre.

Candidates are advised to bring one or two recent passport size photographs identical to the one which was used while filling the AFCAT 1 application form 2022.

He/she should reach the exam centre at least one house before the actual reporting time. This will help them avoid roadblocks, traffic congestion and help in identifying the exam centre easily.

They should support the staff at the exam centre in security checkups.

Don’t wear any expensive items like jewellery etc at the exam centre.

Don’t bring any electronic gadgets to the exam centre - Bluetooth device, smartwatch, Pendrive, smartphone etc.
IAF conducts the AFCAT exam twice a year to recruit candidates for Flying Branch, Technical and Non-technical Branches. The AFCAT 1 2022 application form was released on December 1, 2021. The online AFCAT 1 2022 written test is followed by Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) and a medical test, subject to the candidate's qualifications.
