AIAPGET 2024 cut-off reduced by 5% for SC, ST; PG admission deadline extended

AIAPGET 2024: The SC, ST qualifying cut-off is 20%, as per the latest update.
NEW DELHI: The Homoeopathy Education Board (HEB) has announced further reduction of the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2024 cut-off (qualifying percentile) for reserved category candidates. As per the official notice, the AIAPGET 2024 cut-off has been further reduced by 5% for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates.
AIAPGET 2024 cut-off was earlier reduced by 15 percentile for each category. The AIAPGET 2024 qualifying cut-off for general category is 35% while for SC, ST category, it is 20%.
AIAPGET 2024: PG Homoeopathy admissions deadline extended
Additionally, the cut-off date for admissions to homoeopathy PG courses across all categories has been extended from January 13, 2025. Earlier the deadline was December 31. The official notice read, “The cut-off date for admission in the PG course of Homoeopathy has also been extended from 31.12.2024 to 13.01.2025 across all categories.”
Authorities have been instructed to take the necessary steps, including registration and counseling processes, to ensure compliance with the revised schedule.
The directive regarding the AIAPGET 2024 cut-off reduction has been circulated to relevant stakeholders, including state AYUSH departments, medical education authorities, university registrars, and homoeopathic medical colleges.

AIAPGET 2024 overview
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the AIAPGET 2024 exam on July 6. A total of 40,123 registered for the AIAPGET 2024 exam out of which 37, 980 candidates appeared for the exam. The AIAPGET 2024 result was declared on August 1. The AIAPGET 2024 counselling consisted of round 1, round 2 and stray vacancy round. The AIAPGET 2024 stray vacancy round counselling concluded on December 19. The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) is responsible for conducting the AIAPGET 2024 counselling process.
