AIBE 18 exam today; admit card download link, topic-wise number of questions

NEW DELHI: Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination XVIII (AIBE 18) today. Qualifying the examination is mandatory to practice law in Indian courts. Candidates will have to carry AIBE 18 admit card to the exam hall.

The council has made AIBE 18 admit card download link available on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates will have to use their registration number and date of birth to download the hall ticket.

The exam will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The question paper will consist of 100 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each.

AIBE 18 exam day guidelines

Law graduates who are appearing for the BCI AIBE exam will have to follow the guidelines given below.

• It is mandatory to carry the AIBE hall ticket along with a valid government-issued photo ID card to the exam hall.
• Candidates will have to report to the exam hall by 8.30 am. They will not be allowed inside the exam centre after 10.15 am .
• Candidates will be permitted to carry Bare Acts without notes and comments.
• Electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, bluetooth devices, smart watches, calculators are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Candidates should use only a blue or black ball point pen. Using pencil to write the answers will lead to disqualification.
• The question booklet set code and roll number should be filled correctly on the answer sheet.
• Candidates with 40% disability will be given 20 minutes extra time to write the exam.
