NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 today, December 22, 2024. The AIBE 19 exam 2024 will be conducted in a single shift from 10 am to 1 pm. AIBE 2024: Complete Admission Guide
As per the instructions given on the AIBE 19 admit card, candidates will have to report to their respective examination centres by 8:30 am. Entry to the examination centre will not be allowed after 10:15 am.
This year, the AIBE exam will be held for a duration of three hours. The exam will be conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode to assess the eligibility of law graduates to practise law in India.
The AIBE 19 exam will be conducted in 11 languages including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu. The exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions, carrying one mark each. Candidates will have to score a minimum of 45 marks out of 100 to qualify AIBE 19 exam 2024.
AIBE 19 exam day guidelines
Candidates appearing for the BCI AIBE 19 exam today must adhere to the following guidelines.

Candidates must carry their AIBE 19 hall ticket along with a valid government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, or driving license to the exam hall.

Candidates must report to the exam hall by 8:30 am, as entry will not be allowed after 10:15 am.

Candidates with 40% disability will be provided an additional 20 minutes to complete the exam.

Electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, Bluetooth devices, smart watches, and calculators are not allowed inside the examination hall.

Candidates must use only a blue or black ballpoint pen to mark their answers on the AIBE 19 answer sheet. Using a pencil for marking will result in disqualification from the exam.

Candidates must correctly fill in the question booklet set code and roll number on the answer sheet.
