AIBE is a qualifying exam and candidates who score above the AIBE minimum qualifying marks will be considered passed. AIBE 19 qualifying marks are 45% for general, OBC candidates and 40% for SC, ST.

Several candidates who appeared for AIBE 19 exam reported a mismatch between the question paper booklet numbers and OMR answer sheet serial numbers. Following this, the Bar Council of India assured candidates that AIBE result 2025 will be evaluated based on the question paper set code provided during the examination, filled by the candidates in their own handwriting on the OMR answer sheet.
