The Bar Council of India has announced that the answer key of AIBE XVI (16) 2021 will be available in the next two days. Candidates will be able to download the AIBE XVI (16) 2021 answer key as well as question booklets for all set codes from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com.

AIBE XVI (16) 2021 was conducted on October 31, 2021, in offline, pen and paper format. The exam was held in more than 50 cities across the country.
The AIBE answer key will carry all the official answers to the questions asked in the examination. By referring to the AIBE 2021 answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their marks in the examination.
In case of any discrepancy in the answer key of AIBE XVI (16) 2021, candidates will be given an opportunity to raise their objections in online mode. The objection window for AIBE XVI (16) will remain active for around two to three days.
The objections raised by the candidates will be reviewed by the expert committee constituted by BCI. It will release the final answer key at the time of the result declaration. The result informs about the candidate’s qualification status.
AIBE is a certificate-based exam . Candidates who appeared in AIBE XVI (16) 2021 are required to pass the examination with at least 40% marks (35% in the case of SC and ST candidates). The BCI will give the Certificate of Practice (CoP) to all candidates who have passed the AIBE 2021.
AIBE department to remain closed during Diwali
In a separate notification, the BCI has also informed that the helpline, and email support for AIBE XVI (16) 2021, will be not active for the next four days on the eve of Diwali, Bhaidooj and Govardhan Puja.
