The Bar Council of India (BCI) will close the online application form for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) tomorrow, August 14. Candidates who have completed their 3-year or 5-year LLB degrees may fill the application form before the last date at allIndiabarexamination.com.

How to fill AIBE application form 2021

Visit the official website of AIBE XVI (16) 2021

Click on the registration link given in the notification section

Register using enrollment number, name of state and year of enrollment

Fill the application form by entering personal information, educational qualification and other relevant information
-
Print your challan for fee payment
-
Complete the application process by submitting fees as per the instructions

Take a printout of the filled-in application form for future reference

AIBE application form 2021 was released on December 26, 2021, and the exam was scheduled to be held on March 21, 2021 . However, the council has since then postponed the exam and changed the application form dates repeatedly.
Meanwhile, candidates who appeared in the previous session of AIBE (XV) and have passed the examination can now check if they have been issued the Certificate of Practice upon clearing the exam. As per the council, it has issued the COPs for 21 states. It has requested the candidates to collect their COPs from their respective state bar councils.
The COPs are available for the following states - Assam and Others, Bihar, Chhatisgarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Goa, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odissa, Punjab and Haryana, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.
