CBSE compartment, private, patrachar students to get provisional admission in UG courses

AICTE has issued a notification that all those CBSE students whose results are not declared yet can take provisional admission in UG courses.
NEW DELHI: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced that all Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) second compartment, private, patrachar students whose results are not declared yet, can take provisional admission in the undergraduate courses.
AICTE issued a notification on social media for all the students who are seeking admissions in various undergraduate courses.

According to the official notification, AICTE has directed all the colleges and universities to undertake such students on a provisional basis.
The colleges, universities will have an undertaking signed by such provisionally admitted students that they will submit their results within a week of declaration of results by CBSE to the respective institutes. If they fail to submit their result, their provisional admission will be cancelled, AICTE added.
AICTE further asked the institutes to implement the decision and display it on their respective websites.
On August 31, a plea had been filed in the Supreme Court regarding a change in CBSE compartment, private- patrachar exam date sheet . The petition also asked SC to direct institutes to provide provisional admission to such students.
