AIIMS NORCET cut-off trends: Previous year category-wise qualifying marks and difficulty level

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, will announce the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 11 2026 stage 1 cut-off percentile today, September 18. Candidates who appeared for the prelims will be able to check the result and NORCET 11 cut-off 2026 on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.

The category-wise NORCET 11 cut-off percentile will be announced along with the result.

The NORCET 11 prelims exam was conducted on September 12, 2026. Candidates who qualify the Stage 1 examination will be eligible to appear for the NORCET 11 Stage 2 exam, scheduled for September 30, 2026. The Stage 2 NORCET 11 result 2026 is scheduled to be announced on October 10.

AIIMS NORCET 11 cut-off trends

AIIMS releases the NORCET cut-off for the preliminary exam in percentile. Candidates securing the prescribed cut-off percentile in Stage 1 are shortlisted for the mains examination.

As per the past three sessions' data, the AIIMS NORCET prelims cut-off has shown an overall upward trend across the General, EWS, OBC and SC categories from NORCET 8 to 10, while the ST cut-off remained almost stable. The general cut-off increased from 93.5335 percentile in NORCET 8 to 93.5888 in NORCET 10. Based on the NORCET 11 Stage 1 exam and candidate reactions, the paper was moderate to difficult overall. AIIMS NORCET 10 prelims cut-off

The general category recorded the highest cut-off of 93.5888 percentile in NORCET 10, followed by OBC at 84.2077, SC at 81.9605, EWS at 78.9831 and ST at 74.4746 percentile.

AIIMS NORCET 9 prelims cut-off

In NORCET 9, the general category cut-off stood at 90.7162 percentile, while the OBC, SC, ST and EWS cut-offs were 75.9545, 73.4418, 66.3211 and 65.6170 percentiles, respectively.

AIIMS NORCET 8 prelims cut-off

The general category cut-off in NORCET 8 was 93.5335 percentile. The OBC cut-off was 83.1213 percentile, followed by SC at 80.1393, EWS at 78.2854 and ST at 73.6786 percentile.

AIIMS NORCET 11 result 2026

The NORCET 11 prelims result will be available to download in PDF format on the official website. The result will contain details such as the candidate's roll number, category, PwD status and percentile. Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the qualifying list can proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will have to appear for the Stage 2 exam. The Stage 2 examination will determine the merit for the final selection.
