NEW DELHI: The National Law University, Delhi (NLUD) has announced the AILET 2024 exam date today. The university will be conducting the AILET 2024 exam from 11 Am to 12:30 PM on December 10, 2023. NLU Delhi has also informed that the AILET 2024 application forms and admission notice will be available on the official website- nationallawunviersitydelhi.in from August 7, 2023.

The AILET BA LLB exam will have 150 objective-type questions divided into three sections - English, logical reasoning and general knowledge including current affairs. On the other hand the AILET LLM and PhD exam will have questions only on various aspects of law.

AILET 2024 Exam: Eligibility criteria

There is no age limit for candidates that wish to appear for the AILET 2024 exam. However, as per official eligibility criteria, general category candidates applying for the AILET BA LLB exam must have passed their class 12 exams with a minimum of 50% marks while SC, ST candidates must at least 45% to be eligible.

AILET exams is conducted for a duration of 90 minutes with 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 10 descriptive questions. Descriptive questions will carry 25 marks each. For each right answer, 1 mark will be given and 0.25 mark will be deducted for a wrong attempt.
