Allahabad University opens BA, BEd admission 2026 registration; apply by July 15

The University of Allahabad (AU) has started accepting applications for the Allahabad University UG admission 2026 for BA and BEd courses. Students can apply for AU UG admission 2026 on the official website, alldunivcuet.samarth.edu.in/ncet, by July 15.

Candidates must register via the Samarth admission portal for the University of Allahabad BA and BEd programmes. The AU UG admission 2026 registration, profile updation, and fee payment facility will remain open till July 15. The admission process for UG courses will be held in two phases.

The Allahabad University UG admission 2026 phase 1 process will include registration and profile update, and phase 2 will include programme selection and fee payment.

As per the official AU admission notice, candidates can select more than one programme for registration. However, the applicant will have to pay the registration fee separately for each course.

Allahabad University: UG subject combinations

For AU UG courses, the University offers 83 subject combinations for BA courses, and candidates must choose a minimum of 40 subject combinations while filling the application form.

Meanwhile, for BSc in Maths, 14 subject combinations are offered, and a minimum of 14 subjects have to be chosen. For BSc in Bio, AU offers 12 subject combinations and a minimum of 12 subjects should be opted.

However, the subject combinations will be offered based on seat availability, AU said in its official notice.

AU UG Admission 2026: Application fees, required documents

The list of required documents for AU UG admission 2026 is mentioned below.

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheet and certificate
• Recent passport-size photograph and signature in JPG or JPEG format.
• A valid caste and category certificate (EWS/OBC/SC/ST), issued in the prescribed Central Government format, mentioning the certificate number and date of issue, wherever applicable

To apply for Allahabad University admission, candidates belonging to reserved, OBC and EWS categories have to pay Rs 300, while others have to submit Rs 150 as AU UG admission 2026 application fee.
