AMU CUET Counselling 2024: UG firm admission list 1 out; accept seats, pay fee by tomorrow

NEW DELHI: Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has issued the firm list 1 for admission to undergraduate courses through the Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024. Candidates who participated in AMU CUET counselling 2024 can check their seat allotment status on the official website, results.amucontrollerexams.com.
As per the AMU UG round 1 counselling schedule 2024, candidates will have to accept seats and make fee payment against the allotted seats by tomorrow, August 25. The university will provide a grace period to confirm the admissions with a fine on August 26.
“In case of non-submission within the stipulated time, the candidate will forfeit his/her claim for admission in that round,” the university had previously said.
Candidates admitted in any round of counselling after the payment of requisite fee will be automatically upgraded to their submitted preferred course, branch, school or center, and are not required to participate in any subsequent rounds of counselling.
The registration, uploading of documents, and choice-filling for the second round of admissions will begin from August 27.
How to check AMU UG firm list 2024?
- Go to the official website of AMU counselling, amucontrollerexams.com
- Under the Admissions section, click on ‘Display of firm admission lists’
- Now select ‘through CUET’ and click on the specific programme firm list link
- A list of roll numbers will be displayed
- Check your roll number and download the PDF
AMU UG Admission 2024: Documents required for admission
Candidates will be required to bring the following documents in original at the time of physical reporting:
- Marksheet or grade sheet of qualifying exam (with four self-attested photocopies)
- Aadhar Card, passport, PAN card, bank passbook with photo (with two self-attested photocopies)
- Transfer, migration and character certificate from the institution last attended
- High school certificate or its equivalent in support of the date of birth.
- Five recent front-facing colour photograph (in white background).
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- Leave sanction or relieving order from the employer for the entire duration of the course, if employed.
- Name removal certificate from the rolls of the concerned faculty, college, or unit (if already enrolled in any full time course of study at AMU).
- Two self-addressed envelopes bearing postage stamps worth Rs 22 each (to be submitted in the office of the provost of hall of residence or NRSC allotted).
- Two undertakings on plain paper – one on behalf of the candidate and the other on behalf of the candidate’s parents / guardian regarding not to indulge in ragging (proforma given in appendix)
- Latest certificate of vaccination for typhoid, cholera and hepatitis “B” – (applicable only for BSc Nursing course)
