The A PEAPCET-2026 Bi.P.C stream final-phase web counselling process for admission to engineering, pharmacy and Pharm-D courses in Andhra Pradesh will begin on September 9. The counselling will be conducted for qualified and eligible candidates seeking admission to B.E./B.Tech courses in Bio-Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering, as well as B.Pharmacy and Pharm-D courses.

Seats available under the Convenor quota in university and private engineering colleges, private universities, and university and private pharmacy colleges will be considered for the 2026-27 academic year.
The notification states that candidates who participated in the first phase can exercise their options afresh for leftover seats, consequential vacancies that may arise during allotment and additional seats in new colleges or courses, if available.

Candidates who participated in first phase are not required to pay the processing fee again. Candidates who did not participate in the first phase must get their certificates verified during the final phase.

The processing fee for web counselling is Rs 1,250 for OC and BC candidates and Rs 650 for SC and ST candidates. Candidates from all ranks can pay the processing fee online from September 9 to 11 through the counselling portal.
The notification states that candidates who pursued Intermediate Vocational Technical courses along with the Bridge course in Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry are eligible only for specified engineering courses. They are not eligible for B.Pharmacy or Pharm-D, and options exercised for those pharmacy courses will not be considered for seat allotment.
Candidates can exercise web options from September 9 to 12. Options can be changed finally on September 13, after which they will be frozen at 10 pm and cannot be modified further. Candidates who participated in the first phase must exercise their options afresh for the final phase if they wish to be considered for a different allotment.
Seat allotment will be released on September 18 after 6 pm. Allotment will be based on the options exercised by candidates, their merit rank and applicable category. Candidates must download their allotment orders from the official counselling website.
Candidates allotted seats must complete both self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted institution between September 19 and 21. Failure to complete both within the stipulated period will lead to cancellation of the allotment.
