Try NowNEW DELHI : The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Anantapur has declared the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2022 result today at 11 AM. The overall pass percentage of engineering students is 89.12%. The AP EAMCET results 2022 link will be available on the official website – cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. A total of 2,82,496 students appeared in AP EAMCET 2022 exam which was conducted at 105 centres including 2 centres located in Telangana. Of the total, 2,56,983 qualified for the exam.

In the engineering stream, 2,06,579 students applied out of which 1,94,752 appeared for the exam. Of the total appeared, 1,73,572 have been declared qualified.
Boya Haren Satvik from Hindupur has secured the first rank with 158.62 marks. Polu Lakhsmi Sai Lohit Reddy is the second topper with 158.55 marks. Menda Himavamsi came third with 157.93 marks. Boys have secured the top 10 ranks this year in the engineering exam. Last year, 80.62% of engineering students passed the exam.
87,744 candidates appeared for the Pharmacy and Agriculture exams. Out of total, 83,411 have been declared pass.

In Agriculture stream, Vajrala Dinesh Karthik Reddy is the topper with 155.07 marks followed by Matta Durga Sai Kirthi Teja with 154.37 marks. Aasu Hindu has secured the third position with 153.96 marks.
The answer key was released on the exam day and objections also were immediately opened. Candidates were given a time period of 3 days to raise objections. “In 10 days we have accomplished the conduction, answer key and now results,” said the minister while declaring results.
This year, 100% weightage is being given to the AP EAMCET 2022 exam for admissions to various engineering, medical colleges. Earlier, 25% weightage was given to inter exams. Due to Covid, inter students were given pass marks uniformly, therefore, inter marks will not be considered from this year.
AP EAMCET 2022 counselling will be held after the JoSAA counselling for National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is completed.
