AP ECET 2024 Registration: How to fill application form; eligibility, fee, important dates

Check NowNEW DELHI: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Anantapur has commenced the registration for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the exam on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET. AP ECET 2024 will be conducted on May 8 for lateral entry admission into second-year BE, BTech, BPharmacy programmes.
AP ECET 2024: Eligibility
- Candidate should be of Indian nationality
- Candidate should belong to Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidate should have a diploma in engineering and technology or pharmacy from the state board of technical education of Andhra Pradesh or any other diploma from an AICTE-approved institution recognised by the government. OR
- They should have passed the 3-year BSc degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognized university in the state or its equivalent for entry into relevant courses.
- Candidates should have passed diploma in engineering and technology or pharmacy or BSc degree with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to BC, SC, ST) for entry into relevant courses.
To apply for AP ECET 2024, candidates belonging to the OC category will have to pay Rs 600 while BC category candidates will have to make a fee payment of Rs 550. The application fee for SC, ST candidates is Rs 500.
