Admission Alert: MBA @ GITAM School of Business
The web counselling process is being conducted for candidates who have qualified the AP ICET 2025 and are seeking admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes offered by participating colleges in the state. The last date to register for the AP ICET phase 1 counselling 2025 is July 14.
To register for AP ICET counselling, candidates from the open and backwards classes (OC/BC) category are required to pay a fee of Rs 1,200. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories, the AP ICET counselling registration fee is Rs 600.
AP ICET Counselling 2025: Eligibility for MBA, MCA programmes
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for MBA and MCA admissions through AP ICET 2025 counselling mentioned below.
MBA
- Candidates should have a degree of at least three years’ duration.
- Mathematics should have been studied as one of the subjects at the SSC level.
- A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination is required (45% for reserved category candidates).
MCA
- Candidates should have passed the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or an equivalent degree. OR
- Candidates should have passed the Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Mathematics at the Class 12 level or graduation level. In such cases, additional bridge courses may be required as per the norms of the respective university.
- A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination is required (45% for reserved category candidates).
