NEW DELHI: Andhra Pradesh National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (AP NMMS) registration last date has been extended to September 25. Class 8 students who have passed Class 7 from government schools will be eligible to apply for AP NMMS scholarship on the official website, bse.ap.gov.in.

The Andhra Pradesh NMMS examination fee is Rs 100 for general category and Rs 50 for SC, ST and backward caste students. Only students whose family income is Rs 3,50,000 and below will be eligible to apply for the NMMS scholarship scheme.
As per the revised schedule, candidates will be able to make the fee payment by September 25. Last year, a total of 158 students were selected for the scholarship of Rs 1,000 per month for four years from Class 9 to Class 12.
AP NMMS exam 2023 will be held on December 3. The NMMS question paper will have a Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both MAT and SAT will have 90 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Before filling the application form, students will have to keep the Class 7 mark sheet, income certificate, caste certificate handy.
