AP POLYCET 2025 counselling schedule out on polycet.ap.gov.in; fee payment begins from June 20

AP POLYCET Counselling 2025: Web option entry will be open from June 25 to June 30 in a phased manner based on candidate ranks. The seat allotment result will be declared on July 3.
The Andhra Pradesh Department of Technical Education has released the counselling schedule for the AP Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2025. As per the official schedule, all candidates from rank 1 to the last rank can pay the processing fee between June 20 and June 27, 2025.
Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam are eligible to participate in the AP POLYCET 2025 counselling process for admission to polytechnic colleges across the state. To participate in the AP POLYCET counselling 2025, candidates will be required to pay a processing fee of Rs 700 if they belong to the Other Category (OC) or Backward Classes (BC) category, and Rs 250 if they belong to the Scheduled Castes (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (ST) category.
After paying the processing fee, candidates will have to report to the designated helpline centre for certificate verification. They are also required to carry the payment receipt along with all the necessary documents listed below.

- AP POLYCET 2025 hall ticket
- AP POLYCET 2025 rank card
- SSC or equivalent marks memo (original or internet copy)
- Study certificates from Class 4 to Class 10 OR
- Residence certificate for the past 7 years (for private candidates without institutional education) OR
- Andhra Pradesh residence certificate of father/mother for 10 years (excluding employment outside AP) – for non-local candidates
- EWS certificate valid for 2025–26 from MeeSeva or (Gram/Ward) Sachivalayam, for OC candidates
- Income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2022 (for tuition fee reimbursement)
- Caste certificate (for BC/SC/ST candidates)
- Transfer certificate (TC)

The document verification schedule for the AP POLYCET counselling 2025 is given in the table below. The document verification will be conducted at the helpline centres every day, with reporting time set for 9 am.

AP POLYCET Counselling 2025: Option entry
Seat allotments will be published on July 3 after 6 pm on the official website polycet.ap.gov.in. Candidates will have to log in using their hall ticket number, password, and date of birth to download the allotment order and report to the allotted college.

Candidates allotted seats during the allotment process will have to pay the tuition fee is Rs 4,700 in government and aided institutions and Rs 25,000 in private unaided polytechnics and second-shift engineering colleges.
