AP POLYCET counselling 2024 dates out; rank-wise schedule for choice filling, verification

NEW DELHI: Andhra Pradesh Department of Technical Education has announced the AP Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET 2024) counselling schedule for all qualified candidates. The fee payment facility for all rank holders will begin tomorrow and document verification will begin from May 27.
AP POLYCET qualified candidates will be able to fill choices for the web-based counselling from May 31 through the official website, appolycet.nic.in. Additionally, the department has also announced rank-wise schedule for AP POLYCET counselling.
In the first step, candidates from AP POLYCET rank holders will have to pay the processing fees from May 24 to June 2 through online mode. Open category and backward caste candidates will have to pay Rs 700 and reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 250.
After the payment of processing fees, candidates will have to report to the helpline centre for certificate verification. They are also required to carry the processing fee payment receipt and all required documents given below.
- AP POLYCET hall ticket
- AP POLYCET rank card
- Class 10 mark sheet or equivalent marks memo
- Class 4 to 10 study certificate or residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination or Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years.
- EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva/ (Gram/Ward) sachivalam, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
- Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2021.
- Caste certificate and transfer certificate
- PwD certificate, if applicable.

All candidates will have to report at the helpline centres from 9 am. However, the department has announced a rank-wise schedule for certificate verification, which is given below.

AP POLYCET choice filling schedule
After the document verification, candidates can fill in the choice of courses and college in the order of preference. The seat allotment will be declared on June 7 after 6 pm. Those who are allocated seats will have to pay Rs 4,700 as tuition fees for government and government-aided polytechnic and Rs 25,000 per annum for private unaided polytechnic and second shift engineering colleges.
