APPSC group 2 prelims result 2024 out; 92,250 candidates qualify for mains

NEW DELHI: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced the results for the group 2 prelims examination 2024 today, April 10. Candidates who appeared for the APPSC group 2 exam 2024 will be able to check their results by visiting the official website, psc.ap.gov.in.

According to the official notice, a total of 92,250 candidates have qualified for the APPSC group 2 mains exam 2024, with 2,557 applications rejected due to various reasons. The APPSC group 2 mains exam 2024 is scheduled to be held on July 28. The APPSC Group 2 Mains admit card will be available for download at least two weeks before the exam date.

To download the APPSC group 2 result 2024, candidates should use their login credentials, including their registration number and date of birth. Additionally, the commission has issued the APPSC group 2 merit list 2024 PDF along with the result.

The APPSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 897 vacancies. The exam authority conducted the APPSC Group 2 prelims exam in a single shift on February 25, 2024. Out of the 4,83,525 candidates enrolled for the exam, 4,04,037 candidates appeared for it.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the APPSC group 2 result 2024.

• Visit the APPSC official website, psc.ap.gov.in.

• On the homepage, look for the “Result” tab.

• Now, click on the link that reads, “Result Notification for the post of group 2 services vide notification no. 11/2023”

• Enter the login credentials such as the registration number and password.

• The APPSC group 2 results 2024 will appear on the screen.

• Download the result and take a printout for future reference.
