Use NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati has commenced the registrations for Assam National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 counselling round 3 today. NEET-qualified candidates can register for the round 3 counselling through the official website at dme.assa.gov.in.
The Assam NEET PG 2025 round 3 choice filling and locking process will be held from January 6 to 7 for candidates seeking admission to MD, MS, and diploma programmes.
As part of the registration process, candidates need to fill in information regarding their NEET PG rank, marks, contact details, personal and other educational information.

The Assam NEET PG 2025 round 3 seat allotment results will be declared on January 11. Candidates who will be allotted seats should have to report to their respective colleges between 16 and 17.
The Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling round 3 merit list will be published on the basis of state rank, domicile, graduation information, and other details.
While, the MD, MS seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of state merit rank, choices filled, vacant seats, reservation criterion, and other elements of the admission process.
The medical education will fill a total of 482 MD, MS and PG diploma seats through the Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling round 3.

Candidates need to submit the documents given below while registering for the NEET PG counselling.
- NEET PG admit card
- Secondary school leaving certificate for date of birth
- Copy of NEET PG result
- Class 12 mark sheet
- MBBS passing certificate
- Photo ID card (Aadhaar card/PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Ration card)
- Two passport card photographs
- 12 months internship letter
- Registration certificate
- Other documents as mentioned in the prospectus
