Use NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Guwahati has started the choice filling process for Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 round 2. Candidates can enter their preferences for Assam NEET PG round 2 on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in, by December 16.
A total of 103 Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Doctor of Medicine (MS) seats are offered for Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 round 2, of which 37 are from Gauhati Medical College and the rest from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh.
As per the Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 schedule, the round 2 processing of seat allotment will be held from December 17 to 20. The Assam NEET PG 2025 round 2 seat allotment result will be declared on December 21.
Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report to the allotted college along with the required documents from December 26 to December 27.
Candidates will have to log in to the official website and finalise their choices before the given deadline, otherwise, the system will automatically lock their choices once the deadline is over. The seats will be allotted based on separately for each round of counselling.
Assam NEET PG Counselling 2025: Required documents
The list of documents required for Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 is as follows.
- NEET PG admit card
- Secondary school leaving certificate for date of birth
- Copy of NEET PG result
- Class 12 mark sheet
- MBBS passing certificate
- Photo ID card (Aadhaar card/PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Ration card)
- Two passport card photographs
- 12 months internship letter
- Registration certificate
- Other documents as mentioned in the prospectus'
In Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 round 1 a total of 604 seats were allotted for MD and MS seats offered. DME Assam conducts NEET PG counselling 2025 for 50% PG seats in government medical colleges of Assam and BBCL, Guwahati, under the Assam state quota.
