BHU CUET UG Counselling 2025: Candidates allotted seats in spot round 1 will have to complete the payment of the admission fee online by September 13.
The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced the seat allotment result for spot round 1 today, September 11. The university has also released the BHU UG spot round 1 cut-off on the official website at bhu.ac.in. Candidates who have been allotted seats in spot round 1 will have to complete the payment of the admission fee online through the admission link by September 13.
Candidates are allotted seats based on the availability of seats in the chosen programme, the candidate’s merit ranking for that programme, the order of preference for faculties or colleges (if applicable), and the candidate’s category such as Unreserved, Other Backward Classes-Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and others.
The university states that the merit cut-off for BHU UG spot round 1 is not comparable with the cut-off of any previous regular rounds.
“Before making the payment, please ensure that you fulfil all the eligibility criteria for this program. It is the responsibility of the candidate to check his/her admission portal and the official website of BHU regularly after each round of seat allotment,” the university further said.
The BHU UG Spot Round 1 seat allotment result was earlier scheduled to be announced on September 8, but was later postponed. As per the revised schedule, the university will announce the spot round 2 seat allotment result on September 15.
