BHU CUET UG 2025 spot registration extended till today; round 1 allotment on September 11

BHU UG Counselling 2025: According to the revised schedule, the round 2 allotment will be declared on September 15. A total of 2,488 seats are available for spot admissions.
The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has extended the BHU CUET UG counselling 2025 spot round registration till today, September 8. As per the revised schedule, the BHU UG CUET 2025 spot round 1 seat allotment results will be announced on September 11 and round 2 on September 15.
A total of 2,488 seats are available for the BHU CUET UG spot round counselling 2025.
Candidates will be able to access the BHU CUET UG spot round 1 allotment results on the official website, bhu.ac.in and bhucuet.samarth.edu.in. Candidates applying for the BHU CUET UG spot round allotment should ensure that the seat is available under the category for which they are applying.
BHU CUET UG seats will be allotted based on the seat availability, candidates' merit ranking for the chosen programme, order of preference of colleges, if applicable, and candidates' category.
BHU UG Counselling 2025: Tie-breaking criteria
The tie-breaking criteria for BHU UG counselling 2025 seat allotment are given below.
- Candidates having higher rankings will be given preference over those who scored higher in the Class 10+2 or similar exams. However, for the BSc programme, your science grades will be taken into consideration.
- If the qualifying percentage of candidates is the same, the marks in the relevant subject of the qualifying exam will be evaluated. Candidates with the same grade will be given preference.
- Older candidates will be given preference if the tie persists.
- Candidates will be invited for counselling by sending an official call letter to their registered BHU account, based on their rank and category.

The steps to check BHU UG allotment are as follows.
- Visit the BHU UG official website, bhucuet.samarth.edu.in and bhu.ac.in.
- Select the BHU UG allotment result link available on the homepage.
- The result will be displayed in the PDF format.
- Take a printout and save it for future reference.
