Bihar Board Class 10 matric exam 2024 for 16.94 lakh students begins; entry timings
BSEB Bihar Board has taken several steps, including installation of CCTV cameras and videography arrangements to curb cheating in Class 10 exams.

NEW DELHI: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will conduct the Bihar Board Class 10 matric exam 2024 in two shifts from today. Over 16.94 lakh students will appear in the BSEB matric board exam this year at 1,585 centres across 38 districts. The board will conduct exams for mother tongue papers - Hindi, Urdu, Bangla, Maithili - today
As per the Bihar Board Class 10 time table 2024 , students will be appearing for mathematics paper tomorrow. Students who are appearing for the matric exams will have to mandatorily carry the admit cards issued on the official website, secondary.biharboardonline.com.
The morning shift will begin from 9.30 and conclude at 12:45 pm and the afternoon shift from 2 pm to 5.15 pm. The entry time for morning shift will be till 9 am and afternoon shift entry will be closed at 1.30 pm.
This year, a total of 16,94,781 students have registered to appear for the Bihar Board matric exam 2024. Of which, 8,22,587 are boys and 8,72,194 are girl students. For smooth conduct of the exam and to prevent use of unfair means during the exam, CCTV cameras have been installed to monitor the behaviour of students.
The board has also instructed students to arrive at the exam hall 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Moreover, videography arrangements have also been made at the examination centres. The exams will conclude on February 23 with the vocational examination.
