NEW DELHI: Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, will conduct the Combined Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed) and Shiksha Shastri 2025 exams for admission to two-year undergraduate courses.
Eligible candidates can now apply for the CET-B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri 2025-25 through the official website at biharcetbed-Inmu.in. The registration window to appear for the entrance exam will be open till April 27.
The Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted for admission to all B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri colleges in Bihar on May 24. Candidates must complete their CET-B.Ed registration form with application fee before May 2.
The registered candidates will be able to make changes to their CET-B.Ed application form from May 3 to 6 and the university will issue the admit card for CET-B.Ed 2025 on May 18.

Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or in the master’s degree in sciences or social sciences or humanities or commerce or bachelor’s in engineering or technology with specialisation in science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible to appear in the admission test for the two year B.Ed. Programme (CET-B.Ed.
Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit (as the main subject) and master’s degree in Sanskrit/Archarya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with 50% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible to appear in admission test for the Shiksha Shastri programme.
Shastri BA (including Sanskrit subject) with minimum 50% marks by recognized University or institution with two-year course, Acharya (First Year) MA (Sanskrit) must pass examination (bridge Corse) for first year. In percentage determination Acharya First Year or MA first year marks will not be helpful.
Bihar B.Ed Admissions 2025: Exam pattern, application fee
The B.Ed entrance exam will be held for two hours where candidates have to answer 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The question paper will carry a total of 120 marks.
General or unreserved candidates must pay Rs 1,000 as application fee, whereas, candidates belonging to differently-abled, Economically Backward Classes (EBC), Backward classes (BC), Women, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), should have to pay Rs 750 as registration charges to appear for the B.EB CET entrance test.
Applicants from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories will have to pay Rs 500 as registration fee.
