BITS Pilani Placements 2025-26: Over 920 students placed across campuses; highest salary package Rs 1 crore

BITS Pilani phase 1 placements 2025 saw an all-campus median salary of Rs 28 lakh per annum, with the Pilani campus recording a median salary of Rs 30 lakh.
More than 920 students from across Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad have been placed in the BITS Pilani phase 1 placement cycle 2025-26. Within the BITS Pilani campus itself, there were six offers over Rs 1 crore. BITS phase 1 placements saw an all-campus median salary of Rs 28 lakh per annum, with the Pilani campus recording a median salary of Rs 30 lakh.
According to the official BITS Pilani press release, around 200 organisations participated in the placement cycle across all campuses, with quantitative trading firms like Graviton, Quadeye, and IMC Trading driving up compensation numbers with niche roles paying over Rs 1 crore. In the Pilani campus, there were six offers over Rs 1 crore, five from IMC Trading and one from Flow Traders.
This year’s BITS placement cycle also saw participation of MEDIATEK (Taiwan) and Toyoda Gosei (Japan), offering international opportunities to graduates.

BITS Pilani Placements 2025-26: Internship offers
The internship opportunities with the highest international stipend reached Rs 22 lakh per month at Tower Research (Northmoor, U.K.) and the highest domestic, record-breaking stipend of Rs 12.5 lakh per month at IMC Trading.
Simultaneously, brands from across the globe — including Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Cisco, and IBM — hired for roles in software development, data science, and cybersecurity.
Over 650 students secured internships with leading organisations during the first semester. Around 150 pre-placement offers were extended even before the winter semester recess, with several more expected to convert into full-time roles by the end of the academic year.
Notably, leading investment banking and financial services firms such as JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Templeton, Nomura and UBS converted a significant number of their interns into full- time hires, particularly in risk and advisory roles.

BITS Pilani Dubai campus placement 2025
The BITS Pilani Dubai campus concluded its placement cycle for the academic year 2024-25 with over 139 unique offers and an overall placement rate of 83.5 per cent, marking its strongest performance since 2020-21.
The cycle saw participation from 155 companies, with a median salary of AED 72,000, the official BITS Pilani press release added.
