NEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Science and Technology Admission Test (BITSAT 2024) for admission into integrated BE, MSc, and BPharmacy programmes are underway. BITS Pilani will conclude the BITSAT 2024 exam tomorrow, May 23, for all registered candidates. In a latest update, the institute announced that it will hold the BITSAT session 1 exam for absentees on May 28.
The decision was taken after the institute received several representations from the registered candidates who could not appear for the BITSAT exam 2024 between May 20 to May 24.
“We've received requests from certain registered candidates who couldn't appear for the BITSAT-2024 exam between May 20th and May 24th, 2024 due to genuine reasons such as clashes with other exams. For such cases, the exam will be held on May 28th, 2024 (Slot 1),” BITS Pilani said. BITSAT shift 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 noon.
The BITSAT exam for absentees will be held in selected cities, tentatively in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pilani. The final list of BITSAT exam cities for re-exam will be notified after considering the number of candidates who have opted for the city.
The BITSAT application form 2024 for absentee candidates will be made available on May 25 at the official website, bitsadmission.com. Such candidates will have to fill in the BITSAT form and submit it by 5 pm on the same day.
