BPSC TRE 3 exam scheduled for March 16 postponed

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has postponed the Bihar Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) exam scheduled to be held on March 16. The exam scheduled for March 15 will be conducted in two shifts. The admit card for the March 15 exam will be issued tomorrow, March 7 at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

The BPSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 87,774 vacancies in primary, secondary and higher secondary levels. "The Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE) scheduled to be held on March 16 in single shift has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons," the official notice read.

Information regarding all subjects of Class 9-10 under the department of education, all subjects of Class 11-12 under the department of education and the department of schedule caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) welfare, examination details for all subjects of Classes 6 to 10 under the department of SC and ST welfare will be published later, the notice further read.

The first shift of the BPSC TRE 3 exam, scheduled for March 15 will begin from 9:30 am to 12 pm. The shift one exam will cover the subject of Classes 6 to 8. These subjects include mathematics, science, social science, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, and Urdu. The second shift exam will commence from 2:30 pm to 5 pm and cover subjects such as Urdu, Bengali and other general topics.

The BPSC TRE 3 exam carries three sections including language, general studies, and subject-specific paper. Each section will have 150 questions and carry one mark each. The BPSC TRE 3 exam result is anticipated to be announced between March 22 and 24.
