Bihar police SI 2025 preliminary admit card out; exam from January 18

Bihar Police SI Admit Card 2025: The preliminary exams will be held in two shifts. The first shift is scheduled from 10 am to 12 pm, while the second shift will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued the Bihar police admit card for the preliminary written exam for the sub-inspector post. Candidates can download their Bihar police SI admit card 2025 through the official website at bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
Candidates will have to enter their registration number or registered mobile number along with their date of birth to download the BPSSC SI admit card 2025. The admit card will carry details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, signature, exam date, shift, reporting time, and allotted examination centre.
The Bihar Police SI preliminary exam is scheduled to be held on January 18, 2026 and January 21, 2026, in two shifts each day. The first shift will run from 10 am to 12 pm, and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Candidates are required to report to the examination centres at 8:30 am for the first shift and 1 pm for the second shift. Entry to the exam hall will be allowed till 9:30 am for the first shift and 2 pm for the second shift.
Candidates should carry a valid photo ID, such as Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport, along with the admit card. In cases where the photo is not clear or missing on the admit card, candidates should also bring two passport-size photographs matching the ones submitted with the application.
The Bihar Police SI recruitment 2025 aims to fill a total of 1,799 posts. This includes the General category with 850 posts, Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) 273 posts, Backward Classes (BC) 222 posts, Scheduled Castes (SC) 210 posts, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) 180 posts.

How to download Bihar Police SI admit card 2025?
The steps to download the Bihar Police SI admit card 2025 is given below.
- Visit the official BPSSC website at bpssc.bihar.gov.in
- Click on the “Bihar Police” tab on the homepage.
- Select the link for BPSSC SI admit card 2025.
- Enter the required details and click on the “Submit” button.
- Download the displayed admit card.
- Take a printout of the admit card for future use.
Those unable to download the E-Admit Card from the website may obtain a duplicate admit card in person on January 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the BPSSC office, 5 Harding Road, Patna. Candidates need to bring a photocopy of the application receipt and a valid photo ID.
“Candidates must sit at their assigned seat according to the roll number, name, and photograph on the roll number sticker. Any mismatch may result in cancellation of candidature,” the official notice said.
