Uttarakhand police constable result 2025 declared; 2,545 qualify for physical test

The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has declared the Uttarakhand police constable recruitment exam result 2025. Candidates can check their results and download the Uttarakhand police constable merit list 2025 through the official website at sssc.uk.gov.in.

A total of 2,545 candidates are declared qualified in the Uttarakhand police constable result 2025. Qualified candidates will now be invited for the Physical Measurement, Endurance, and Efficiency Test (PMEET). The commission will conduct Uttarakhand PMEET 2025 from February 24, 2025, to April 4, 2025, at 17 test centres across the state.

The Commission further states that all candidates included in the UK police constable provisional merit list are required to appear for document verification on January 12, 2026, at the Commission office. Based on the combined merit of the written exam and PMEET, a provisional merit list will be prepared in a ratio of 1.5 times the total number of vacancies for document verification.

“All candidates included in the provisional merit list are informed that their document verification is scheduled on January 12, 2026 (Monday) at the Commission office. Necessary instructions regarding document verification and choice of posts will be published separately on the Commission’s website,” the official notice said.

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,000 police constable posts. Out of these, 1,600 posts are reserved for constable district police and 400 posts for constable provincial armed constabulary / Indian reserve battalion in the Uttarakhand police department.

Uttarakhand Police Constable Result 2025: Physical eligibility criteria

For the Uttarakhand police constable recruitment 2025, candidates should meet the physical eligibility standards prescribed by the UKSSSC.

• Height Requirements: Candidates in the General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Scheduled Castes (SC) categories should have a minimum height of 165 centimetres. For candidates from Hill Areas, the minimum height is 160 centimetres, while for candidates from the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category, it is 157.5 centimeters.
• Chest Measurements: The required chest measurement for General, OBC, and SC candidates is 78.8–83.8 centimetres. For candidates from Hill Areas and ST, the required chest measurement is 76.3–81.3 centimetres.
• Endurance Test: Candidates are required to complete a 3-kilometre run within 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the category and test standards.
