NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board will conduct the Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) 2023 exam for mathematics subject having exam code 110 on September 18.

The board cancelled the mathematics exam earlier which was supposed to be conducted on September 4 in the first shift for two exam centres having codes 3504 and 3505 due to unavoidable reasons.

“The examination of mathematics subject (code 110) has been canceled due to unavoidable reasons. Allocated in the first shift on 04.09.2023 at both the above examination centers and re-examination of the candidates on 18.09.2023 at the scheduled examination centers will be organized. Exam center details and time will be marked on the admit card. Admit card of all the concerned candidates will be available on the website of the committee" the board stated.

Those candidates who are appearing for the BSEB STET exam 2023 for maths subject will have to carry their Bihar STET admit card to the respective exam centres on the exam day along with a valid government ID. The details related to the exam centres are mentioned in the Bihar STET hall ticket.

The authority issued the BSEB STET admit card 2023 on August 31. Those appearing for the STET exam can download their hall tickets through the Bihar STET official website, bsebstet.com by entering their user ID and password. The candidates will have to paste a coloured photograph on their admit card.

The STET 2023 exam is being held for recruitment of teachers at secondary and higher secondary levels wherein paper 1 is for secondary and paper 2 is for senior secondary teachers. As per the Bihar STET exam pattern, the question paper will have multiple choice questions (MCQs) for one mark each. There will be no negative marking for the BSEB STET exam 2023 . The exam will be held as a Computer Based Test (CBT) for a duration of 2.5 hours.
