BSSC Inter Level Recruitment 2025: Registration deadline extended till December 15; apply for 23,175 vacancies

BSSC Inter Level Exam 2025: Candidates from all categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. The last date for payment is December 18.
The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has extended the registration deadline for the Inter-Level Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. Eligible candidates can now register for the BSSC inter-level exam 2025 till December 15 through the official website at onlinebssc.com or bssc.bihar.gov.in.
Earlier, the deadline for the BSSC inter-level 2025 exam was November 27. To register for the BSSC inter-level exam, candidates from all categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. The last date to pay the application fee is December 18.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 23,175 vacancies for various posts, including Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Clerk-cum-typist, Junior Regional Investigator, and Animal Husbandry Helper. Of the total vacancies, 7,394 are reserved for female candidates.
To be eligible for the BSSC inter-level exam , candidates should have passed the Class 12 examination. Candidates' age should be at least 21 years old as of August 1, 2025. The upper age limit differs according to category, ranging from 37 to 42 years.
Candidates will have to obtain minimum qualifying marks in the written examination, which are 40 per cent for women and persons with disabilities across all categories, 36.5 per cent for the general category, 34 per cent for the backward category, and 32 per cent for the Scheduled Castes (SC) and, Scheduled Tribes (ST).
Candidates will be selected based on their score in the Preliminary examination, followed by the Mains examination. Qualified candidates will then undergo document verification, and, depending on the post preference, a skill test may also be conducted.

The steps to register for the BSSC inter-level exam 2025 are given below.
- Visit the official BSSC website at bssc.bihar.gov.in or onlinebssc.com.
- On the homepage, click the link for “Inter Level Combined Competitive Exam”.
- Complete the one-time registration by entering valid personal details, including a working mobile number and email address.
- After registration, you will receive a system-generated registration number and password on your mobile/email.
- Log in using the credentials and fill out the application form with personal, educational, and category/post-preference details.
- Upload required documents, including a photograph, signature, and certificates.
- Pay the application fee and submit the application form.
- Download and save a copy of the submitted form and fee receipt for future reference.
