BTech Counselling 2025 LIVE: JoSAA, TNEA, TS EAMCET counselling dates; state-wise admission updates

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will offer admissions to its BTech courses through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025. The institute offers 15 engineering programmes and 1,239 BTech seats. IITD closed admission to the open category seat in BTech CSE programme at 116 last year.

The Directorate of Higher Education has started registration for the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE 2025) counselling for admission into engineering, medical, and other professional courses. Candidates who qualified TJEE 2025 can register through the official website, tbjee.nic.in. The last date to apply is June 8.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has declared the first seat allotment for Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) 2025 counselling. The university has also started the registration for AEEE 2025 second allotment. Candidates can apply for the second round on the official website at aeee.amrita.edu.

Among top engineering colleges in Telangana accepting TS EAMCET 2025 scores, University College of Engineering, Osmania University closed admission to its computer science and engineering programme 1391 last year. The institutes will issue TS EAMCET cut-off 2025 for admissions through TS EAMCET counselling 2025.

COMEDK has announced the COMEDK UGET counselling date 2025. Accordingly, the registration and document submission will commence from June 9 on comedk.org. COMEDK result 2025 is scheduled to be declared tomorrow, June 7.

AP EAMCET counselling 2025 will start after the declaration of AP EAMCET result 2025 on June 14. Some of the top engineering colleges accepting AP EAMCET 2025 rank are JNTUK Kakinada, VIT-AP University, Mohan Babu University.

Candidates will be able to download the JoSAA counselling 2025 seat allotment, when out, using the following details:

• Go to the official website, josaa.nic.in
• Click on the link for JoSAA round 1 seat allotment
• Enter login credentials such as JEE Main 2025 application number
• Seat allotment details will be displayed
• Upload documents or pay fee if required
• Save the allotment letter and take a print out

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) counselling 2025 will start soon as the KCET spot rank 2025 is out on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The CET cell will announce the KCET 2025 counselling schedule first and the admission process will include registration, choice-filling, mock allotment, final seat allotment, and reporting. 

IIT Delhi offers 15 UG programmes - Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Engineering Physics, Textile Technology, Design, Mechanical Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power and Automation), Energy Science and Engineering, Engineering and Computational Mechanics, Materials Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (ICT Mumbai) will offer admission to its BE, BTech courses through MHT CET scores. The highest MHT CET cut-off was recorded for the BE Chemical Engineering course.

The Centralized Counselling for MTech, MArch, and MPlan (CCMT counselling 2025) is conducted for candidates who have qualified Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE 2025). The scores are used for offering admissions in all NITs, IIEST Shibpur, some IIITs and other participating institutions, the official statement read. 

A total of 128 institutes will participate in the JoSAA counselling 2025 to fill 62,853 BTech seats for the academic year 2025-26. JoSAA seat matrix was recently published. Institute-wise number of seats is given below. 

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) counselling will be held for seats remaining vacant in NIT+ system, excluding IIT seats,  after the JoSAA rounds are completed. There will be three special rounds called CSAB-special rounds and will be conducted through its official website, csab.nic.in.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced that it will declare the MHT CET results 2025 for physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) group on June 16. Candidates will be able to download their rank card from the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The MHT CET CAP counselling 2025 schedule is expected be announced along with the results. 

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2025 | The officials have announced the schedule for phase 2 certificate verification for sports category today. The document verification for those who opted sports quota will be done in-person at Vivekananda Auditorium, Anna University, Guindy Campus, Chennai - 25. Students will have to carry the original documents to the venue on the day allotted between June 9 to 13. 

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has already started the application process for Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) for BTech admissions. The registration process began on May 27 at the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in.

Candidates who have qualified Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), Common University Entrance Test (CUET), and National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) will be eligible to apply for the AKTU counselling. 

The last date to register for AKTU BTech counselling is June 30. 

Over 520 engineering colleges in Maharashtra will allocate seats based on MHT CET scores and JEE rank. The Maharashtra CAP counselling process will begin after the MHT CET results 2025. As per the latest update, the MHT CET results will be declared on June 16. 

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will be conducting the TS EAMCET counselling 2025 in the first week of June based on scores obtained by candidates in the state-level entrance exam. 

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will close the JoSAA counselling 2025 for admission to IITs, NITs, and other top engineering colleges on June 12. JEE qualified candidates will have to submit the application form on the official website, josaa.nic.in.
