Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) will be conducting the BVP BUMAT 2022 counselling from today, July 7 till July 10, 2022. Candidates who have qualified the BUMAT test 2022, conducted on June 24 and June 25, are eligible to attend the BUMAT counselling. Shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the BUMAT 2022 counselling in person. Otherwise, the candidature will be denied to the candidates.
In this counselling process of BUMAT 2022, the verification of the documents will be done in online mode. The authorities will also be offering spot admission if the seats are left vacant, in the preferred programme and associated colleges. The result of BUMAT 2022 was declared on June 30.

BUMAT Counselling Process
Step 1 - Visit the counselling college/University
The candidates must be present physically at the counselling campuses. The authorities will not be sending any personal invitation for BUMAT counselling 2022. Hence, candidates must check the venue online by themselves.
Step 2 - Document Verification
Candidates must carry the following documents at the time of counselling in original form and self-attested copies.

Migration certificate from the university from which the candidate has passed the last exam

Last qualifying examination proof
-
Transfer certificate from the college last attended
-
Character certificate from the Principal of the college last attended.

Affidavit of gap (if applicable)
-
Change in name certificate (in any married female candidates)
-
DD of the requisite fee
-
5 recent passport size photographs
-
Caste certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates)
-
Caste validity certificate (in case of SC/ST candidates)
Step 3 - On spot admission/Seat Allotment
With the verification of documents, candidates will be offered on-spot admission as per their rank and seat availability. The fees can be paid by the candidates willing to take admission through Bank Draft drawn in the name of “The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune payable at Pune”. If any candidate has failed to confirm admission given to them, the same will stand cancelled and the resultant vacancy will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the list.
