CA Exam 2022 Postponed: ICAI announces revised dates for deferred exams

CA exam 2022 which was to be conducted on November 12 at Shimla will now be held on November 21. Post Qualification Course INTT AT will be held in December.
NEW DELHI: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the postponement of the Chartered Accountants (CA) examination scheduled to be held on November 12, 2022 at Shimla city of Himachal Pradesh. The ICAI has also postponed the post qualification course exam International Taxation Assessment Test.
CA exam 2022 which was slated to be conducted on November 12 at Shimla will now be held on November 21, 2022. The Post Qualification Course Exam which was scheduled on November 1 and 3, will be conducted on December 14 and 16, 2022.
“...Due to the General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh, the Chartered Accountants Final Examination, (Group II), Paper – 6 (Elective) scheduled to be held on November 12, 2022, at Shimla Examination Centre stands postponed and the examination in the said paper shall now be held on November 21, 2022 (Monday),” the official notice read.

The CA final exam will be held from 2 PM to 6 PM at the same venue. The CA exam admit card issued earlier will be valid for the revised exam date as well.

However, the CA exam for Post Qualification Course INTT AT was postponed due to “certain unavoidable circumstances”, the official notice read. All other CA exams schedule will remain unchanged, the ICAI informed.
