The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the results of CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation examinations for the May 2025 session tomorrow, July 6. ICAI CA result 2025 will be declared on the official website, icai.nic.in. ICAI CA result 2025 live updates.
CA Final result May 2025 and CA Inter result May 2025 will be declared around 2 pm. The timing of CA Foundation result May 2025 is 5 pm. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and roll number to view and download the CA results May 2025.
Along with the CA Inter, Final, Foundation May 2025 results, the institute will also announce the names of CA May 2025 toppers and pass percentages of candidates in each level.
As per the ICAI CA passing marks, candidates are required to obtain at least 40% marks in each paper and an overall aggregate of 55% marks in the Foundation exam to be declared pass. Students need to score a minimum of 50% marks overall in the Intermediate exam.

ICAI conducted CA May 2025 exams from May 2 to May 14. CA Intermediate Group 1 exams were held on May 3, 5, and 7 and Group 2 exams on May 9, 11, and 14. CA Final exams were held on May 2, 4, and 6 for Group 1 and on May 8, 10, and 13 for Group 2.
Initially, the ICAI exam 2025 for May session was scheduled from May 9 to 14. However, the institute postponed the exams in view of the India-Pakistan tensions after the Operation Sindoor.
In the last session, Heramb Maheshwari and Rishab Ostwal R topped the CA Final exam by scoring 508 marks out of 800. The pass percentage of CA Final students dropped to 13.44%. In CA Inter, Deepanshi Agarwal secured the first rank with 521 marks while 21.52% passed CA Foundation exam.
