Students interested in appearing for the Common Admission Test (CAT) this year have almost four months to prepare for the same. Go through the CAT exam pattern and syllabus to make a list of all the important topics.

Vishesh Garg, a CAT topper who scored 99.99 percentile, said that he started CAT preparation a year before the exam. He focused on solving the maximum number of mock test papers. While preparing for CAT, Vishesh focused on taking note of his strengths and weaknesses and improving them.
Another CAT toppers, Ashish Sen and Shivam Chandak, both final year engineering students, said they were ready for CAT with their 12th preparation. CAT 2021 question paper will comprise of questions from three sections namely, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), and Quantitative Ability (QA).
