NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will announce the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 result soon for around 3.29 lakh candidates. The CAT cut-offs 2024 for IIM admission is expected to increase this year as the MBA entrance exam was moderately easier compared to previous years’ exams, as per experts. CAT Result 2024 LIVE
Candidates who fulfill the CAT cut-off 2024 criteria, will be shortlisted for interview, group discussion for IIM admissions. There are around 5,500 IIM seats available for the MBA and PGDM courses combined.
Out of the total IIM seats, 27% are reserved for OBC candidates, 15% for SC candidates, 7.5% for ST candidates, and 10% are reserved for EWS and PwD candidates.
CAT cut-offs for IIMs
The CAT cut-offs will be based on several factors such as difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates, seat availability and previous year’s cut-off trends. Candidates can check the expected CAT 2024 cut-offs for top IIMs.
