NEW DELHI- Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore will announce the CAT 2022 result probably in the second week of January 2023. However, candidates must have calculated their probable score using the provisional CAT answer key 2022 and CAT response sheet. Old IIMs and most of the top colleges in India accept 95-99+ CAT percentile for MBA admission. Candidates with a CAT percentile of 95 to 99+ have plenty of MBA college options open to them, but candidates with a CAT percentile as low as 50 or 60 to 70 must know that they also have a lot of options available to pursue MBA courses from good B-schools. CAT score vs percentile 2022
Marks obtained in CAT 2022 entrance exam will be converted into a scale from 100 to 0. The CAT 2022 percentile for each section will be normalized and then the overall CAT percentile will be calculated.

MBA Admission: How to apply to MBA colleges accepting low CAT exam scores?
Candidates are suggested to evaluate their CAT 2022 percentile using the CAT percentile predictor tool, answer key and response sheet. Based on the percentile, shortlist the MBA colleges they wish to go for and then checkout their MBA admission criteria and selection process. The MBA admission selection rounds comprises the Group Discussion (GD), Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI). Thereafter, candidates must keep tracking the MBA admission dates by visiting the official website of the respective MBA colleges and fill the form as soon as their application window opens.
MBA colleges will determine the CAT cut-off 2022 and shortlist candidates accordingly. Shortlisted candidates will be called by colleges to participate in the MBA admission rounds. Candidates will be given final admission based on their performance in these rounds.
