CAT Result 2021: Answer key, toppers, top MBA colleges and their cut off

NEW DELHI: IIndian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad announced the IIM CAT result 2021 on January 3, 2022, at 05:00 PM. Candidates can check their CAT 2021 result at iimcat.ac.in using their CAT login id and password. As per the media release by CAT officials, 47 candidates have scored above the 99.98 percentile in the CAT exam 2021. Male engineers have dominated the CAT result 2021. A detailed list of CAT 2021 toppers is expected to be released soon. The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 for MBA admission 2022 was held at 438 test centres spread across 156 cities in India on November 28, 2021.

Candidates can find out how to check their CAT 2021 result below:

• Click on ‘CAT Result’
• Login using your credentials: CAT login ID and CAT password
• Click on ‘IIM CAT Score Card’
• The CAT result 2021 will be displayed on the screen
• Make sure all the details mentioned on the scorecard are correct
• Download CAT 2021 result
• Take print outs of your result for future reference

• After the CAT 2021 exam, students had the option to raise objections against the CAT answer key 2021.
• The Objection Management Exercise was opened between 8th to 11th December.
• The CAT Centre received 161 objections across 3 sections and 3 shifts.

The revision of one QA question is from Shift 3 with the Question ID 48916813385. The QA working group considered the responses and agreed that there could be two possible answers: 92 and 460. Both the answers were given marks. The question ID is of a non-negative marking type.

Students pursuing engineering were the CAT 2021 toppers this year. 9 candidates managed to score a perfect 100 percentile marks in CAT exam 2021. All are male students. Of these CAT toppers 2021 - 4 toppers are from Maharashtra and 2 from Uttar Pradesh and one each from Haryana, Telangana, and West. What will happen after the CAT 2021 result declaration

Now that the CAT result has been declared, the individual IIM cutoffs will be released. Based on the CAT cutoff, IIM shortlisting procedure will begin. The CAT 2021 cutoff will include the minimum marks required by aspirants to be eligible for admission into MBA courses. The admission process will start for the eligible candidates. Along with the candidates’ performance in the CAT exam 2021, the shortlisting of students will also be done based on Personal Interview, Written Ability Test/ Group Discussion.
