CBSE 2023 Admit Card (OUT): Class 10, 12 hall ticket issued at cbse.gov.in; Exams from February 15

The CBSE admit card 2023 will contain details including student's personal details, roll number, name of exam centre and admit card ID.

The heads of the schools are required to login through their user id and password for CBSE admit card.

CBSE has asked students to reach the examination centre before 10 AM. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the stipulated timeline.

As per the CBSE dress code for board exams 2023, all students are required to appear for the examinations in the school uniforms of their respective schools.

The CBSE Class 12 admit card is available on the official website-- cbse.gov.in. The heads of the school can download the CBSE admit card using the school log in ID and password. The students will get admit card of class 12 CBSE from their respective schools.

The CBSE admit card for private candidate is also available on the official website of the board at cbse.gov.in.

• Visit the official website- cbse.gov.in.
• Then click on the 'Main website' tab.
• Click on the CBSE 2023 admit card 2023 - Class 10 or Class 12.
• Enter the login credentials,
• CBSE Class 10 or Class 12 admit card pdf will appear.
• Download the CBSE 2023 admit card and take a printout.

Students must verify these details printed on the CBSE admit card 2023 soon after downloading it.

The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 exams will start at 10:30 am on the exam days.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after 10 am.

 CBSE board will conduct the CBSE Class 10 exams from February 15 to March 21. Each paper will carry 80 marks each and the remaining 20 marks will comprise of internal assessment.

Students first need to cover the syllabus and related exercises from NCERT books. Almost all questions will be asked from NCERT books.

The board will conduct the CBSE 10th board exams on February- 15, 16, 17, 20, 24, 27 and on March- 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 21.

The minimum passing marks of the CBSE Class 10 exam 2023 is 33 per cent of total marks.

Students who fail in one or two subjects in the CBSE exam 2023, will be eligible for the compartment exam.

As per the revised schedule, in the Class 12 date sheet, the exams of April 4 have been shifted to March 27, 2023. However, the Class 10 date sheet remains the same.

CBSE Class 10th and Class 12th practical examinations are underway the examination will continue till February 14.

Approximately 40 per cent of questions in Class 10 board exams and 30 per cent of questions in Class 12 will be competency-based. These questions comprise multiple formats including objective type, constructing response type, assertion and reasoning and case-based format.

Schools may please provide the following information to their students for strict compliance.

• Candidates would be allowed to enter in the examination centre after 10.00 AM. Hence, must reach before time. 
• Candidates should go in school uniform and with school identity Card in addition to Admit Card issued by CBSE and permissible stationery items only. 
• Candidates must visit the examination centre at least one day prior to the date of examination so that they can reach before 10.00 AM on the day of the examination.
• Candidates should leave for the examination centre keeping in view weather conditions, traffic conditions etc.
• Candidate and Mother/Father/Guardian must check the particulars mentioned in the Admit Card and sign at the appropriate place after verifying particulars including photo and its correctness.
• Candidates should not carry mobile with GPS or any electronic items and all barred items to the examination centre.
• Candidates must read and adhere to the important instructions given in the Admit Card.
• Candidates must read the amended rules for Unfair practices.
• Candidates should refrain from spreading rumours and hosting any material on social websites including WhatsApp. YouTube, Twitter etc.
