NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education is likely to declare the CBSE result 2025 soon for over 42 lakh Class 10, 12 students. The links to check CBSE 10th result 2025 and CBSE 12th result 2025 will be made available on the official websites, cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in. To check CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2025 online, candidates will have to use their login credentials such as roll number and date of birth.

Recently, CBSE issued the six-digit access code for Digilocker accounts of students and instructed schools to download the code and share with candidates so that they can access their marksheets and certificates.
A total of 24.12 lakh Class 10 students appeared for CBSE 10th board exams 2025 in 84 subjects held from February 15 to March 18, while more than 17.88 lakh students took CBSE 12th board exams 2025 across 120 subjects conducted from February 15 to April 4. The theory exams were held at 7,842 centres in India and 26 abroad. The board organised exams for sports students, absent during main exams, from April 7 to 11.
Refuting the CBSE board exam paper leak claims on social media, the board had asked students and parents to remain vigilant against false information. Notably, EdTech PhysicsWallah’s founder Alakh Pandey claimed that the Class 10, 12 question papers were to have ‘his questions’ in a viral video.
CBSE banned the use of ChatGPT and mobile phones inside exam halls and introduced CCTV policy as part of security measures.

CBSE has changed the post-result process for Class 10 and 12 exams in 2025. Students will now have to first get a photocopy of their evaluated answer book before applying for verification or re-evaluation.

The CBSE has introduced a six-digit access code system to help students activate their Digilocker accounts. CBSE Class 10 and 12 students can use this code to log in and access their digital academic records under the ‘Issued Documents’ section.

Students can check their CBSE 10th result 2025 via SMS by opening the messaging app on their phone and typing the message in the following format: cbse10<space>roll number<space>date of birth<space>school number<space>centre number. This message should be sent to 7738299899. The CBSE Class 10 result will be delivered to the student’s phone within a few minutes.
