CBSE Class 10 Maths Exam 2021-22 Live Updates: Basic and standard answer key released

Class 10 student took to Twitter and claimed that CBSE 10th maths standard answer key 2021 contain wrong answers for the question number 1, 46 and 50.

On the first day of the CBSE Class 10 exam 2021-22, OMR sheets of 33 lakh students of Classes 10, 12 were checked at 13,357 centres across the globe on the same day. This year, more than 21 lakh students are appearing for CBSE Class 10 term 1 exam 2021 whereas around 12 lakh students are appearing for CBSE 12th exam 2021.

Another day and another mistake from #CBSE , #answerkey of Standard Mathematics exam of class X #cbseterm1 has got 3 mistakes in it.(Qno.1,46,50) @cbseindia29 need to stop this they say they have well settled mechanism but on daily basis this mustn't happen. (1/1)

We have provided the CBSE 10th class maths basic answer key 2021-22 for term 1 examination which was held today. Students can download it and calculate their marks. They should only count the marks for correct answers as there is no negative marking.

Exam centres have downloaded the CBSE Class 10 maths answer key 2021 term 1 for standard and basic paper. Now, they are evaluating the OMR sheets of all students.

A Kendriya Vidyalaya student, Anand Jain found the basic paper lengthy and difficult as it was tricky and time-consuming. he found the case study portions as the most difficult one. He added that it was difficult to complete the paper within time.

Arjun Singh, TGT Maths at Mount Abu Public School, Rohini told that the paper was lengthy and had calculation based tricky questions. He said that some questions have confusing and a bit similar options. He added that a good student can expect around 35 marks in this exam. 

He added that every section has standard questions, but the case studies portions in the paper was lengthy and has no similarity with the sample papers. Apart from the case-based portion, the difficulty level of the paper can be termed as moderate.

Soon after basic, the experts have also released the unofficial answer key of CBSE Class 10 maths standard 2021. Students who appeared for the mathematics standard exam can use this CBSE 10th maths answer key to calculate their probable scores.

Schools or exam centres are provided with CBSE 10th maths answer key 2021 term 1 which they can use for OMR sheet evaluation. Schools or exam centres can download the CBSE maths answer key 2021 PDF for class 10 term 1 examinations through the link which is provided to them by CBSE. The answer keys will be separate for basic and standard examination as both papers are separate.

CBSE does not provide descriptive CBSE maths Class 10 exam solution 2021-22. But the board provides CBSE 10th maths answer key 2021-22 to respective exam centres to assist them for evaluation. Students can get help from their mathematics teachers to find solutions to any questions asked today in exams.

Soon the coaching institutes and experts will provide the CBSE 10th math question paper with the answer key. These will be unofficial answer keys that can be used by students for calculating estimated scores. But it is suggested to wait for results to get exact scores.

Class 10 CBSE maths exam 2021 has been conducted for basic and standard subjects. Soon, experts will share their views on exam and provide CBSE 10th maths exam analysis 2021-22. 

The standard and basic parts of CBSE Class 10 math 2021-22 comprise of 50 questions each. Out of the students need to attempt 40 questions of their respective exam.

Students can change their answers by writing the final answer in the fifth column (blank box). If they have marked the wrong response for any question then just write the final answer in the blank box. The CBSE Class 10 math answer written in this box will be considered as final.

CBSE 10th term 1 maths exam 2021-22 has been started today at 11:30 am. Students have started filling their answers in the OMR sheets. They have 90 minutes to solve the entire CBSE Class 10 maths question paper 2021. It will conclude at 1 pm.

• Students must have their admit card to get entry to the exam hall.
• They should not carry any electronic device like mobile, bluetooth, etc.

But the board has a well-settled system to address any ambiguity in questions or discrepancy in answer keys.

The paper of CBSE 10th maths basic will comprise of three parts: A, B and C.

• Section A and B consist of 20 questions of 1 mark each. Out of them, students need to attempt any 16 questions.
• Section C consists of 10 questions based on two case studies. Out of them, students need to attempt any 8 questions.
